Feria Vitae is conceived from the artisan restoration of a protected building from the early 20th century, where the facade, the structure and its high-rise ceilings with wooden beams and Catalan vaults will be preserved in various areas of the building. Open and bright spaces will be generated, with patios, balconies or terraces in each of the units. Its inhabitants will be able to enjoy a spectacular common area with a solarium and swimming pool on the top floor. The project also foresees commercial spaces on the ground floor for investors who prefer to undertake a more active economy by proposing almost 600m2 of versatile double-height premises, housed in a 25-meter facade.
